I pray each of you had a week that showed you the glory of our mighty God, and had the privilege to offer praise for Him being the God of answered prayer. To be quite honest, I have had a rather trying and tiring week. God still gets the praise.

Instead of our normal praise and prayers along with weekly updates, this update will include simply some updates, and a call to be praising God on behalf of and praying for the furtherance of the ministry of The Blue Point Bible Church.

We are surely a blessed breed at BPBC, as if noted throughout our weekly praises and prayers, again and again. I have been blessed to serve in the pastorate for the past  4 ½ years with such a diligent congregation, growing continually in the grace and knowledge of God. May God continue to supply the increase.

This past Tuesday was a highlight significant day all around. Yes, to our contemporary culture October 31^st is the celebration of Halloween and the harvest. Yet, to us Christians this day is an anniversary of the boldness and sincerity of Martin Luther. In 1517, he boldly called out the issues he had with the church of his day and its effect on the saints. This should lead all Christians to utilize such a day to examine and reform areas in life, in the Church, and in the world. I know I created my list and would like to challenge each of you to create your own. As the saying goes, “If you are not growing, you are dying”.

So, where are you growing? Examine yourself.

We had a blessed Harvestfest celebration on the church property.. Many within the community praised the church and other organizations for creating an event that brought joy and fun to the Bayport-Blue Point community. This all goes along the lines of Sunday’s sermon in regards to #ProjectRESTORE. Glory to God.

As far as some resources I am pleased to announce that Mr. Ed Stevens of the International Preterist Resources had published all the information regarding the Niagara Preterist Confeference, of which I had the privilege to participate in July 2017.
