Blessings in Christ,
I trust each of us had a blessed week, full of activity and opportunity to praise God for being who He is and who He has made us to be. In light of the sermon preached this past Sunday, I hope this week afforded each of us opportunity to examine ourselves and ponder how we are responding to the Lord’s work in us and around us.
Tomorrow, Sunday, March 15th we will be doing things a bit different at The Blue Point Bible Church. We are suspending our morning worship service, encouraging folks to get out and enjoy the BBP St. Patrick’s Day parade & festivities, and then join us for Worship & Lunch (corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, & carrots) at 1pm. All welcome! See & share the attached graphic.

As we continue to go through Lent, I hope each of us have been intentional in our possession and increase of the things of God. We have provided a variety of ways for engagement to be found;

There has been a lot of activity around the “Hub of HELP” lately. Last week, not only was the “Hub of HELP” mentioned in the Suffolk County News, but we also saw two partnering organizations mentioned as well, HIS Coalition For The Homeless & Tiny Racoon Books. Also, we had our 2nd Sunday SERVE after Worship Service last week and are so grateful for those who stayed behind to help out.

Earlier this week I joined with the New York State Council of Churches in Albany to advocate to lawmakers. There were a variety of advocacy options, however, true to myself and my call, I joined with the criminal justice reforms and met with lawmakers in that regard. You can read of my recent work, including this week’s trip in a blog I wrote, More Than A Second Look At Second Chances, at the following link, https://mianogonewild.wordpress.com/2026/03/14/more-than-a-second-look-at-second-chances/
Members & attendees of The Blue Point Bible Church continue to pray for the success of our congregational efforts, financial advancement, healings and good reports (specifically thinking of ?Deacon Ed, Deacon Brian, & Dr. Chua), all the while praising God for all that He has brought us through and to. We thank God for our salvation, our Church Membership, our attendees and each represented family. We lift these things up to God in the highest through the mighty & powerful name of Jesus Christ.
I look forward to time at the parade with family and friends tomorrow, however, most of all I look forward to our fellowship, worship, & celebration to be had at The Blue Point Bible Church.
By the goodness of God,
Pastor Michael Miano
