Blessings in Christ,
I hope this past week proved to be filled with God-honoring opportunities and encouragement for each of us. We have been called to “a fulfilling life” and the only way that can be known and experienced is if we live it. For those us of us who have been challenging ourselves, we have a week until Pentecost and 36 days until Summer.
I am grateful that some of you watched the beginning of my debate with Alan Bondar live earlier this week. A special thank you to those of you who reached out with encouraging thoughts.
You can review & find further details regarding the debate at the following link, https://mianogonewild.wordpress.com/2026/05/15/miano-bondar-debate-the-existence-of-god/

Also, as I will share tomorrow, earliet this weel I went to Albany with Communities Not Cages. I have shared my carceral reforms with many of you and plan to have our church engage the efforts all the more. You can read some of my thoughts in a blog I wrote a few months go. Tomorrow, Sunday, May 17th, we will have Common Prayer (in-person and online at 9:30am – see attached graphic). We will also have a time of sharing during our Worship Service at 10:30am regarding Individual Activities & Experiences (a new edition to our “order of service), and following our Worship Service we will not have our previously planned ‘church luncheon, however, we will have a meeting regarding our church becoming a Coalition Member with Communities Not Cages. Be sure to plan to stay after for this short meeting.

Please continue to praise God for the various blessings we have in our individual and corporate lives. God truly is so so good. Please be fervent in prayer regarding our congregational needs, including but not limited to financials and healings. We continue to lift Deacon Ed up in prayer regarding his medical testing, procedures, and medicines. We praise God and prayer for the mothers and children in our midst. Please keep Pastor Mikke’s mom in prayer and she recovers from sickness and Deacon Brian’s wife, Sandy, in prayer regarding some necessary healing. We thank God for the privilege and call to serve the community around us through the “Hub of HELP”. We pray for the ‘Preterist community’ as we engage fulfilled truth and ask for wisdom in networking and involvement in Church life. All of thus and more we lift up in the mighty & powerful name of Jesus Christ.
I look forward to fellowship & praise to be present in our midst tomorrow.
To God be the glory!
Sincerely,
Pastor Michael Miano
